• This allows you to ignore any conditions in a Neighbor's Criteria and, instead, pay $20 from your PIGGY BANK to sway that Neighbor.

• For example, if you wanted to sway ANDREA and did not have 3 Plants in your YARD, you would be able to pay $20 and sway her regardless.

• You must be able to pay the full $20.

• This doesn't allow you to sway additional Neighbor during your turn.
