Winnifred

• In order to sway this, you must have 2 or more Event cards currently in your Sway.

• Trick-or-Treaters are both Events and Neighbors, so having 2 or more Trick-or-Treaters in your Sway will satisfy Winnifred’s Criteria.

• Only count the cards in your Sway at the time that you declare that you are swaying Winnifred. If you later have fewer than 2 Event cards in your Sway, Winnifred remains in your Sway.

• When scoring, this is worth 5 VP if it's in your Sway.

• You may growl, “I smell children!” when swaying Winnifred, but only once per match or else it gets obnoxious.
