• In order to sway this, you must choose two Neighbor cards from your Sway and then put them face-down onto the bottoms of their decks.

  • Trick-or-Treaters are both Events and Neighbors, and so Trick-or-Treaters in your Sway can be used to pay Frank’s Bribe.

  • For example, if you have Bernard and a Trick-or-Treater in your Sway, you may sway Frank by putting Bernard onto the bottom of the Neighbors Deck and putting the Trick-or-Treater onto the bottom of the Store Deck.

  • You must put exactly 2 Neighbor cards from your Sway onto the bottoms of their decks. You cannot put back more cards and you cannot put back fewer cards when paying this cost.

  • The Neighbor cards must come from your Sway. You cannot put back cards from another player’s Sway or from the Unswayed Neighbors Row.

  • The Neighbors that you put back are no longer in your Sway and so do not count toward your score at the end of the game.

  • When scoring, Frank is worth 10 VP if it's in your Sway.
